TREASURY ADVANTAGE
Hilltop's TREASURY ADVANTAGE account is a cash management service that automatically links your commercial checking account with an investment account. Deposits above pre-determined levels are automatically invested on an overnight basis into a Treasury Bill indexed account secured by bank held U.S. Treasury securities.

Treasury Advantage Benefits

Liquidity -- Funds are readily available on a daily basis to fund check presentments, wire transfers, and intra-bank account transfers.

Convenience -- Automated investment of funds above predetermined target insures that earnings potential of deposited funds are maximized.

Investment Minimums -- There is no minimum or maximum investment. TREASURY ADVANTAGE invests all amounts in excess of your target balance.

Safety -- TREASURY ADVANTAGE overnight investments are securitized with high quality U.S. Treasury and Agency securities.

Yield -- Investments are indexed to U.S. Treasury obligations which insure that rates are market competitive and help improve corporate returns by having a larger pool of corporate funds invested.

Detailed Statements -- Monthly statements are provided detailing dollars invested on a daily basis, interest earned and related fees if any.

Transfer Notices -- Each day that an investment transfer is made, a detailed transfer notice is generated showing amount invested and obligations which secure the investment.
