partnership With Investment Professionals, Inc., Forming Hilltop

Summit, N.J., Hilltop Community Bank is
pleased to announce the introduction of
non-deposit investment services through its new partnership with
Investment Professionals, Inc. (IPI), a full service broker dealer, member
FINRA and SIPC, located in San Antonio, Texas, forming Hilltop Community
Investment Professionals.
Through the partnership at Hilltop Community Bank, customers now have access to non-deposit investment financial, retirement, estate and education planning services in addition to direct access to mutual funds, common and preferred stock, fixed and variable annuities, fixed income securities and insurance products.
“It is the culmination of many months of planning and hard work, but we are delighted to be able to serve more of our clients’ needs under one roof,” says Mortimer J. O’Shea, President and CEO of Hilltop Community Bank. “We are thrilled to announce the hiring of Ivana Lotoshynski, Financial Consultant to head up this program for Hilltop. She, along with IPI, brings decades of experience in the financial services industry to the program. Ms. Lotoshynski previously worked with Invest Financial Corporation as well as North Fork Investment Services”.
Ivana will be responsible for helping customers develop strategies to manage their personal and business finances with emphasis on financial planning and investing to meet their long-term goals. Hilltop Investment Professionals will be based out of the Berkeley Heights Office of Hilltop Community Bank; however, Ms. Lotoshynski will be very mobile meeting with clients and prospects at Hilltop’s other offices located in Summit and Madison, New Jersey or at the client’s home or business.
